BE IT KNOWN TO ALL TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN THAT I, _____________ s/o Shri _______________ presently staying in ______________________ and r/o _______________________ do hereby nominate, appoint and constitute _____________ s/o Shri ______________r/o ____________________________ as my Special Attorney in respect of Residential Plot No. ____________________________ and to do the following acts.

To apply for and getting water/sewer/electric connections, to submit application for the building plans and to provide any other services/amenities in my above said plot and for this purpose to execute, sign, and present before the concerned authorities any application, affidavit, undertaking etc. for and on my behalf and in my name, and to deposit the requisite charges/security/fee etc. for the same.

The acts, deeds and things done or got by my attorney by virtue of these presents for the purpose shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the executant, have put my hands on these presents at New Delhi on this ____ day of August, 2005 in the presence of the following witnesses:
